‘Major Rakhana: Pax Galactica’ part two (written by Steve Tanner, artist Roland Bird, colourist Dan Harris, letterer Rob Jones). Rakhana, vicious Victorian Space Ace, is a hard-edged, no-nonsense, regulations-ignoring heroine. This story sees her up against her toughest opponents ever.

“WesterNoir: Moon Cursed” part two (written and lettered by Dave West, artist Joseph Parangue, colourist Matt Soffe). Fans of WesterNoir know that things are strange in the wild west. In this story of werewolves and horror, nothing is as it seems.

“Memphis” part two (written, drawn and lettered by David Morris, with assists from Pat O’Connor & Andrew Richmond). A thriller in a world where the Ancient Egyptian Empire never fell, this is a supernatural epic unlike any other.

“Whatever Happened to the World’s Fastest Man?” part two (written by Dave West & Jemma West, artist Marleen Starksfield Lowe, lettered by Dave West) is not about a superhero. A dark, human look at an inhuman premise, this is a fascinating story you won’t forget.

Debuting in Quantum No.2 is “Death & Taxes” (writer Katie Cunningham, artists Tom Newell & John Charles, and letterer Rob Jones). Set in an alternate 1950s Britain where only those rich enough to pay the death tax are allowed to die, “Death & Taxes” blends hardboiled crime and gothic horror.
